Project Manager
As Project Manager you will be involved in all aspects from resource planning to the independent implementation of research and synthesis projects. You will supervise Group Leaders in their routine work and will be responsible for the smooth running of the projects under your control. Your brief will include weekly reports to company management, final reports to clients, the organisation and chairing of meetings, teleconferences and related administrative work.
Qualifications:
Having completed your doctorate, you will require at least three years experience in custom synthesis and contract research and will have proven administrative and communication skills. You should be able to design required molecules and synthesise them in three to twenty stages. In doing so, you will employ not only well-known techniques but will develop your own innovative processes.
